Our process involves communicating with you every step of the way. After our initial consultation, we will have a clear plan for your project and whether we are a great match. From there, the process changes depending on what type of project we are working on together but we have listed some of our more frequently asked questions below. 


How do we communicate?

The frequency of how much we communicate and our method of doing so varies depending on how we are working together. For example, if we manage your social media account, you can expect a weekly email from us with important news and updates. But if we are working on a complete re-brand, we may need to communicate every few days during that process. We communicate with our clients using email, phone calls, Skype, and FaceTime. 

What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST).

How can I get a quote?

Just head to our contact page and provide us with some information. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. 


Do you provide content for websites?

We provide content in the form of product and brand photography as well as original written copy during the branding process. We also provide ongoing content and blogging content.

What is your consulting process like?

All of our consulting is done one on one and on a schedule that works for you. Our meetings will be held on Skype or FaceTime. We also meet with clients locally if you are in Orlando, New York City, or Charlotte.

What platform do you use?

We build on WordPress and Squarespace.
